Jeffrey W. Martindale, Ph.D.

After serving in the United States Navy, Dr. Martindale pursued training in psychology and earned his Ph.D. In Counseling Psychology at Texas Tech University. Since that time, he has provided clinical care to college students at the University of Arkansas and Langston University in clinical and management roles.

While serving for the Veterans Affairs, he cared for aging Veterans within primary care medicine and hospice. Dr.Martindale has also served the aging in long-term care and skilled settings providing direct
patient care and clinical oversight and management of operations across multiple states.

Dr. Martindale currently serves with a mission to expand behavioral health services in rural areas for Xpress Wellness and Integrity Urgent Care. With a leadership style that motivates others to accomplish their best, he aims to make Xpress Wellness and Integrity Urgent Care a model for delivering the best of experienced, integrated and compassionate care to rural America.

Dr. Martindale lives in Stillwater, OK with his family to include wife and two daughters. He enjoys cycling and playing the Native American flutes and Shakuhachi. He has also been trained by Remo Drums as a Health Rhythms facilitator for therapeutic drum groups.
