Samantha Roberts

Samantha was born and raised in New York. She moved to Alabama where she obtained her Bachelor’s in Elementary and Special Education from The University of Alabama in 2013 and her Master’s in Human Resource Management from Troy University in 2015. She met her husband while in Alabama and started her HR career in the trucking and transportation industry in 2015, before her husband’s military career relocated them to Texas, Virginia, and finally Oklahoma. During this time, she obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designations. She fell in love with healthcare Human Resources while living in Virginia and is passionate about providing support to healthcare professionals so they can focus on delivering high quality healthcare to those in need.

Sam currently lives in rural Southwest Oklahoma with her husband, two amazing children, and 2 dogs (and a stray barn cat that her husband can’t know about). In her free time, she loves watching sports – mainly college football and NHL, spending time with her family, and traveling to new places.
