Oklahoma City, OK. (January 17th, 2025) – Integrity Urgent Care® is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new walk-in urgent care clinic in Tyler, Texas, on February 10th, 2025. Conveniently located next to Walmart on Highway 31, the new clinic will provide accessible, quality healthcare services to the town of Tyler and its neighboring cities.
Eddy Dark, D.O., Chief Development Officer at Integrity, is a Texas native, rancher, and former ER doctor. He remembers that as a kid, if he ever twisted an ankle or wrist, his mom would take him straight to the ER for an x-ray.
Dr. Dark pointed out that a typical ER bill can run around $2,000, while Integrity Urgent Care can offer about 80% of the same services for a much lower cost.

Patients can walk-in at any time and be seen, but you can also schedule your visit online to ensure your healthcare is on your schedule. For added convenience, we even offer virtual visits, allowing patients to meet with our professional team of healthcare workers from just about anywhere.
Integrity Urgent Care additionally provides a variety of occupational medicine services for employers, including drug screenings, DOT and non-DOT physicals, workers’ compensation for work-related injuries, and other health screenings. We’re here to help.
