Whether you are looking to celebrate the 12 days of Christmas in a healthy way or you want some options to bring to all the gatherings and potlucks you’ve been invited to, our team has a few choices of what to prepare. In addition to all of these treats, remember to stay active with 20-30 minutes of activity each day, be mindful of what you are eating the rest of the day, and try to eat an assortment of fruits and veggies with all of your meals. Detecting Early Signs of Breast Cancer

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and our team at Integrity Urgent Care knows that many in each of our communities have been impacted by breast cancer, either themselves, a family member, or friend. In fact, according to the American Cancer Society, the risk of a woman developing breast cancer in the United States is 13%, making it common for it to impact us in some way. Detecting early signs of breast cancer is vital for treatment and best outcomes.

We all know the Hollywood signs and symptoms of pregnancy. Basically, if a female between the age of 15 and 50 throws up or feels nauseous, then they are pregnant. Real life is a bit different though and you may be wondering if you need to take an at home pregnancy test or not.
