February is a month known for hearts and love, but at Integrity Urgent Care, we like to think about American Heart Month and all the ways we can make our hearts, and our entire bodies, better. Even for those at high risk or already with heart disease, there are steps we can take to treat our heart right.
More commonly known by its shortened name, Mono, this infection is just common enough for everyone to have heard about it, know a few symptoms of, and might know a school friend who stayed at home while recovering. Mononucleosis is contagious and may effect more people than we realize.
In tragedies, both large scale and ones that hit closer to home, it’s not uncommon for people to ask what they can do. With blood donation month upon us, it’s a great time to donate again or for the first time and to learn more about the process.

While the holiday season may often be described and thought of as the most wonderful time of the year, it is also a time filled with the potential for accidents and injuries. Integrity Urgent Care can treat many common issues and more, which of the following do you think our medical team can take care of?

How you and your child can work through teething will depend on a number of things.
