At Integrity Urgent Care, we look for ways to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care for our patients. Virtual doctor visits are a convenient way to get the healthcare you need from the comfort and safety of your own home.

What is a virtual visit?

Telehealth, also called telemedicine, allows your doctor to care for you without an in-person office visit. Virtual visits are safe and effective ways to interact with a healthcare provider online using your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

What are the benefits of virtual visits?

Though in-person office visits may be necessary in some cases, telemedicine has many benefits.

  • Reduces exposure to germs, viruses, and infections
  • More convenient – get health care wherever you are – home, work, or even your car
  • Less time lost sitting in a waiting room and traveling to and from appointments
  • More efficient appointments
  • Cost-effective – no need for childcare or to take time off from work

What conditions can telemedicine help treat?

Virtual appointments are highly effective for diagnosing and treating many conditions without the need for an in-person office visit, including:

  • Urgent care issues like colds, coughs, seasonal allergies, sore throats, and sinus infections
  • Flu symptoms
  • Headache/migraine
  • Rashes and skin conditions
  • Pink eye
  • COVID-19 symptoms
  • Aches and pains
  • Medication refills (excluding controlled substances)
  • Additional conditions we treat

Tips for a successful virtual visit

  • Make sure you have a good internet connection.
  • Find a quiet spot with good lighting.
  • Before the appointment, make a list of questions or concerns you want to discuss.
  • If you have pink eye or a skin issue, send a clear photo before your appointment.
  • Make sure you can safely talk with your doctor during your appointment – avoid driving or multitasking during your virtual visit.

How to get urgent care online at your convenience

It’s easy to get the care you need.

      1. Schedule your virtual visit – You’ll need a device with an internet connection, camera, and microphone, like a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Virtual urgent care visits are for patients 8 and older.

      1. Receive appointment confirmation – After registering for your visit, you’ll receive a text with a secure link to access your visit. Appointment times are usually available on the same day.

      1. Connect with your provider – When it’s your appointment time:
        • Click the link that was provided to you via text message.
        • Talk in real time to a provider about your conditions and concerns.

      1. Feel better fast
        • Our medical professional will diagnose your condition.
        • We’ll provide you with a treatment plan.
        • If appropriate, we’ll send an electronic prescription to your pharmacy.

Urgent Care from the Comfort of Your Home

Virtual visits are a safe and convenient online telehealth service that allows you to access urgent medical care through a video call. Integrity Urgent Care, part of the Xpress Wellness family, uses telemedicine to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, so you don’t have to leave your home or office to get urgent care online.
The Integrity provider you meet with has the same high qualifications and training as those you see in person at one of our clinics. Schedule a virtual visit today, and let our family take care of your family – without leaving the comfort of your home!

Disclaimer: If your provider deems it necessary, patients may be asked to be seen in a clinic, as not all conditions can be treated via telehealth. Additionally, if testing or lab work is necessary for diagnosis, patients may be asked to come into our clinic (or a location of their choosing) to complete it.
