Traci Bowen

Traci Bowen serves as Chief People Officer at Xpress Wellness, bringing more than three decades of leadership in human resources across healthcare, high technology, financial services, and professional services. Known for her strategic mindset and people-first leadership, Traci plays a pivotal role in shaping the culture and employee experience at Xpress Wellness.

Her career includes executive roles at organizations such as Adeptus Health and MoneyGram. At Adeptus, she led talent development and organizational change efforts that earned national recognition as a “Best Place to Work in Healthcare.” She has also advised growth-focused companies through her HR consultancy, BHR Consulting.

Traci holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from Texas A&M University–Texarkana and completed her studies at Texas Christian University. She resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and enjoys spending time with her family, including three grandchildren.
