Located across the street from O’Reilly Autoparts on HWY 78, this new urgent care in Lavon will provide excellent healthcare for illnesses and non-emergency-injuries on a walk-in or online scheduled basis.
Eddy Dark, D.O., Integrity’s Chief Development Officer, is a native Texan, rancher, and former ER doctor.He recalled that as a child, whenever he hurt his ankle or wrist, his mother’s immediate reaction was to take him to the emergency room for an X-ray.
On average, a trip to the emergency room costs around $2,000, but Integrity Urgent Care covers around 80% of the same services as an emergency room but for a fraction of the cost.

Patients can receive walk-in treatment for conditions like the flu, COVID-19, strep throat, RSV, minor injuries (such as sprains, strains, and fractures), and wounds (including bites, punctures, and lacerations) that are non-life threatening but require quick care.
Patients can either check in online or walk in and be seen the same day to quickly and accurately assess their situation. For added convenience, virtual care options will be available, allowing patients to get the care they need without having to leave their home.
