Summer is a great time to boost your level of activity and fitness routine. Days are longer, schedules become somewhat less hectic, and we’re motivated to look our best in summer attire. Integrity Urgent Care – Bryan/College Station has just the motivation you need to take your fitness to the next level and improve your overall health this summer!
Who can participate?
Join in the fun with this inaugural fitness challenge and sign up today! The competition is open to anyone in the Bryan/College Station community who is ready and willing to improve their level of health. You do NOT need to be an existing client of Integrity Urgent Care.
What do I need to do?
Call our Bryan/College Station office at 979-703-1832 to register or complete our online sign-up form on or before June 18th. An initial exam (including a physical and baseline lab work) will be completed on June 18th. After that, participants will return to the clinic every four weeks for 3 months (total of 4 visits).
Between check-in visits, work out on your own fitness and exercise plan. Try taking things to the next level – challenge yourself to improve. Use all the wonderful healthy foods available during the summer to eat healthier than ever.
What’s in it for me?
Integrity Urgent Care will monitor each patient’s weight, BMI, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and Hemoglobin A1c levels. In addition, checking in monthly – at your convenience – will allow you to become acquainted with the facility and staff of healthcare professionals at Integrity Urgent Care. Our staff will help keep you motivated and provide encouragement along the way during your challenge.
What does it cost?
The fee for the initial visit (including a physical exam and lab fees) is $35. Each subsequent visit is $20 (for consultation and lab fees) for 3 additional visits. Therefore, the total cost is $95. However, participants have the option of paying the full $95 upfront if they choose.
What’s the motivation?
Improved overall health! Feeling better improves mental health and outlook as well. And – we have some additional incentives. At the end of the competition, winners will be chosen based on who has the best results. Each section will be weighted and whoever gets the most points wins. You have nothing to lose!
There will be three winners. First place receives a $100 Amazon gift card; 2nd place a $75 Amazon gift card; 3rd third place a $50 Amazon gift card.
