(June 6, 2022) – Today, Integrity Urgent Care announced the opening of a new facility in Wichita Falls on 4518 Kemp Blvd. This twelfth clinic expands Integrity’s footprint in the Lone Star state, allowing them to ensure a best-in-class urgent care experience for more Texas patients.

“The 3,600 square foot clinic features onsite lab and X-ray services,” said Integrity Urgent Care CEO Grant Asay. “There are four private exam rooms and a procedure room. along with X-ray, lab diagnostic testing, and EKG onsite for patients and employers.” Integrity works with employers offering a full range of occupational medicine services including drug screens, DOT and non-DOT physicals, and treatment of work-related injuries. Integrity Urgent Care has agreements with the major insurance providers, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. Asay said, “the co-pay amount will depend on your insurance provider and plan, but we are in network with most major insurance companies.”
Integrity Urgent Care Chief Medical Officer Dr. David Miller said patients can be treated for a variety of non-life-threatening illnesses and conditions. “Our goal is to provide convenient, quality care close to home. We are looking forward to bringing our patient-centered care to the Wichita Falls community. We provide care for patients fighting the cold, flu, allergies, and infections,” said Miller. “We also treat minor injuries like sprains, strains, minor fractures, bite and puncture wounds, and lacerations, as well as providing sports and work physicals.” Integrity also offers FDA-approved COVID-19 testing. The Wichita Falls clinic is the twelfth location for Integrity Urgent Care. Integrity is part of the Xpress Wellness Urgent Care family. Hours of operation for in-person visits will be Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM.
