GREENVILLE, TX. (May 16, 2022) – Integrity Urgent Care opened Monday, May 16. The 3,000-square-foot facility is located at 5406 Wesley St. in Greenville.
“The clinic features onsite lab and x-ray services and offers online check-in to reduce patient wait times and limit exposure to other illnesses,” said Integrity Urgent Care CEO Grant Asay. “There are four private exam rooms and a procedure room. along with x-ray, lab diagnostic testing, and EKG on-site for patients and employers.”
“Choices for healthcare are sometimes limited,” he said. “We hope to be option residents in and around Greenville will choose when they need non-emergency health care,” Asay said the company has been impressed with Greenville and the community is the perfect size their clinics look to serve.

Integrity Urgent Care Chief Medical Officer Dr. David Miller said patients can be treated for many conditions. “Our goal is to provide convenient, quality care close to home. We are looking forward to bringing our patient-centered care to the Greenville community. We provide care for patients fighting the cold and flu, allergies, and infections,” said Miller. “We also treat minor injuries like sprains and strains, minor fractures, bite and puncture wounds, and lacerations, as well as providing sports and work physicals.”
Integrity works with employers offering a full range of occupational medicine services including drug screens, DOT and non-DOT physicals, and treatment of work-related injuries.
Integrity Urgent Care has agreements with the major insurance providers. Asay said, “the co-pay amount will depend on your insurance provider and plan, but we are in-network with most major insurance companies.”

Greenville’s clinic is the eleventh location for Integrity Urgent Care. Integrity is part of the Xpress Wellness Urgent Care family. Together, the company now has forty-four clinics in communities across Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Hours of operation for in-person visits will be Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM.
