Integrity Urgent Care is growing again, with two new Texas clinics now open in Conroe and Murphy. These new locations expand access to convenient, lower-cost and high-quality care for families, schools, employers and surrounding communities across Montgomery County and southeastern Collin County.
The new clinics are located at:
Conroe: 3600 FM 1488, Ste. 200, Conroe, TX 77384
Murphy: 211 E FM 544, #401, Murphy, TX 75094
Both locations are open seven days a week and offer walk-in care for common illnesses, minor injuries, on-site testing and employer health services. Patients can walk in during clinic hours or save time by using online check-in before arriving.
Expanding Urgent Care Access in Conroe and Murphy
The new Conroe clinic serves residents, families, schools and employers throughout Conroe and surrounding Montgomery County communities, including Willis, Montgomery and Panorama Village.
The Murphy clinic serves patients throughout Murphy and nearby southeastern Collin County communities, including Parker, Plano, Richardson and Wylie.
“Our company was founded with the desire to increase access to affordable, exceptional care,” said David Pyle, CEO of Integrity Urgent Care. “Conroe’s rapid growth and Murphy’s strong, family-focused community both represent areas where convenient care close to home can make a meaningful difference. We’re honored to support these communities with high-quality walk-in care and extended evening and weekend hours.”
Walk-In Urgent Care for Illnesses, Injuries and Everyday Health Needs
Both new clinics provide fast, affordable treatment for non-life-threatening illnesses and minor injuries. Patients can visit Integrity Urgent Care for services including:
- Urgent care for common illnesses and minor injuries
- X-rays
- Lab testing
- Electrocardiograms, or EKGs
- Sports medicine
- STI screening and treatment
- On-site testing for COVID-19, strep, RSV and flu
- Virtual counseling
- Virtual primary care
Integrity Urgent Care helps bridge the gap between primary care and the emergency room by offering care that is often faster and more affordable than a traditional ER visit. For patients with illnesses or injuries that are not life-threatening, urgent care can be a practical option for getting seen quickly without waiting weeks for an appointment.
“Our team is ready to serve the Conroe and Murphy communities with the same high level of care and compassion that has earned our patients’ trust across Texas,” said Dr. Eddy Dark, DO, Texas Medical Director and Chief Development Officer for Integrity Urgent Care.
Convenient Care for Families, Schools and Employers
The new clinics are designed to support busy families and local employers with extended evening and weekend hours. Patients can walk in any day of the week or use online check-in for added convenience.
Local employers can also benefit from occupational medicine services, including drug screening, physicals, immunizations, testing and workers’ compensation services.
Insurance and Self-Pay Options
Integrity Urgent Care accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare, TRICARE and TriWest. The clinics also offer transparent self-pay options for uninsured patients.
Patients are encouraged to confirm coverage with their insurance provider or contact their local clinic before visiting.
