Conveniently located next to Walmart on Highway 31, our clinic is here to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare to Tyler and the surrounding communities.
Eddy Dark, D.O., Chief Development Officer at Integrity, is a Texas native, rancher, and former ER physician. Reflecting on his childhood, he recalls that whenever he sprained an ankle or wrist, his mother would take him straight to the ER for an X-ray.
