It’s the most wonderful time of the year – don’t let holiday season sickness stop you from visiting family and celebrating your favorite traditions. Staying healthy while traveling during the holiday season is about preparation, balance, and mindful choices. Below are some practical tips to help you maintain your health while on the go. 

Stay Hydrated

The human body needs water to function properly; your immune system is no exception. Staying hydrated helps your body flush toxins through your lymphatic system, reduces inflammation, and ensures blood circulation, helping your body fight off infection.
