Oklahoma City, OK. (November 15, 2024) – Integrity Urgent Care® is set to open a walk-in urgent care clinic in Forney, Texas this flu season. Integrity Urgent Care will be located right next to Tom Thumb on FM 548.
The new Integrity Urgent Care center in Forney will bridge the gap between doctor’s offices and emergency rooms, providing walk-in services, extended hours, and prompt treatment for health issues such as the flu, COVID, strep, RSV, minor injuries like sprains and strains, minor fractures, bite and puncture wounds, and lacerations that need immediate attention but aren’t life-threatening.
Patients will be able to make an appointment at the new Forney location upon opening, come as a walk-in, or use our convenient online check-in to reserve your spot in line.
For added convenience, Integrity also provides virtual care options, allowing patients to connect with our medical professionals from anywhere.
Integrity Urgent Care works with employers handling a variety of occupational medicine services including drug screens, DOT and non-DOT physicals, workers’ compensation work-related injuries, and a host of other employment health screenings.
