We offer competitive self-pay rates. $135 for initial visit and $85 for follow up visits.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurances. Insurance plans vary greatly. Please check with your specific insurance plan to determine exactly what they will cover. We can assist you in providing an estimate of what your insurance will cover if you need assistance. For other insurances not listed, we offer our discounted self-pay rates and you might be able to submit payments to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
