Integrity Urgent Care is proud to now offer Urgent Care services at our clinic across the street from the local Walmart Supercenter in Bonham, Texas. The clinic provides fast, affordable treatment for a wide variety of non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. This location also offers occupational medicine, sports medicine, STI screening and treatment, lab testing, and diagnostic testing. It features an x-ray and EKG machine on-site. This and all other locations accept a wide variety of insurance plans including TRICARE, TriWest, and Medicare. Uninsured patients are still welcome, and we offer affordable payment options for everyone.
