Located at 8695 S State Highway 34, just north of the Walmart Supercenter and near Quinlan Auto Sales, Integrity Urgent Care provides fast, affordable medical care for Quinlan and the surrounding communities of West Tawakoni, East Tawakoni, Union Valley, Cash, Hawk Cove, Wills Point and Lake Tawakoni. We’re the only dedicated urgent‑care clinic within 10 miles, giving you a convenient alternative to the 24/7 ER for non‑life‑threatening needs.
Comprehensive services: Our clinic treats everything from colds, flu, ear infections and allergies to sprains, minor fractures and sports injuries. We offer on‑site lab testing, X‑ray and EKG, occupational medicine, school and sports physicals, DOT physicals and more. Walk‑ins are welcome, or check in online to save your spot.
Open extended hours: We’re open Monday–Friday 8 am–7 pm, Saturday 8 am–6 pm and Sunday 10 am–6 pm – because illnesses don’t stick to a 9‑to‑5 schedule.
Insurance & self‑pay options: Integrity Urgent Care accepts most major plans, including Medicaid, Medicare, TriCare/TRIWEST and commercial PPOs. We also offer competitive self‑pay rates if you’re uninsured.
