Integrity Urgent Care – Cleburne is now open, and we’re so excited to be your new neighbor! We’re located 808 North Nolan River Road, right off of North Nolan River Road next to Nolan River Road Baptist Church. Integrity Urgent Care is equipped to handle all non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries such as lacerations, possible fractures, burns, allergic reactions, rashes, ear infections, sinus problems, UTIs, pink eye, STDs, dehydration and the flu. Integrity Urgent Care – Cleburne is open daily from 8 am – 8 pm. We encourage walk-ins, and appointments are not necessary. We offer on-site x-rays and labs and can order MRIs, CT scans, and ultrasounds. We also offer $35 physicals for patients under 18 and $75 physicals for adults. Lastly, we offer DOT physicals, but by appointment only. We accept most major insurance, including Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, and United Healthcare and offer competitive self-pay rates.
The average cost of an urgent care visit is $150, and nearly all procedures are covered by insurance. The average cost of an emergency room visit is $1,233. The average wait time at an urgent care center is less than an hour, compared with an average wait time at an emergency room of 244 minutes.
